Terms & Conditions — lackybet Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the lackybet platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. lackybet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the most current version is always available at /terms-conditions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and lackybet in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Real-money gaming on lackybet is for adults only. lackybet enforces this restriction without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of lackybet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion agreement or been banned by lackybet for any breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

lackybet reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any point, including prior to processing a player's first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal requests may be suspended. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18 will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting markets on lackybet, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change after registration. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on lackybet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, lackybet reserves the right to close all accounts involved, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold funds pending a full investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. lackybet staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for additional account protection.
• Notify lackybet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

lackybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified lackybet of a suspected security breach and lackybet has confirmed receipt of that notification.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your lackybet account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. lackybet reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, following a minimum of 30 days' prior notice to the registered email address. Dormancy fees may apply after an extended period of inactivity, as detailed in the withdrawal terms communicated at the time of account opening.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

lackybet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment methods accepted on the Platform are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on lackybet is ৳200. Individual payment providers may apply their own minimum transaction limits that are higher than the platform minimum; in such cases, the higher limit applies. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, although lackybet reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion for risk-management purposes.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 BST (UTC+6) on any given day are processed the same day for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to two business days depending on the receiving institution. lackybet does not charge withdrawal fees; however, standard carrier or bank transaction fees imposed by the payment provider may apply on the receiving end.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that were previously used to make a deposit, unless lackybet approves an alternative in writing.
• Age verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• lackybet reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including NID, proof of address, and payment-method verification — before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large-value withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lackybet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer at the time of its availability.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonus amounts and free spins are credited in BDT to the player's bonus wallet, separate from the real-money balance, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings generated from that bonus can be transferred to the real-money balance and subsequently withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each bonus offer page.
• Unless stated otherwise, only wagers placed on slots contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino, cricket betting, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus expiry periods are stated on each offer. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be voided along with any associated winnings.
• A maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings generated from a bonus. Where such a cap is in place, it will be prominently displayed on the offer page before the player opts in.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, or per IP address, as specified in the individual offer terms. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Promotional Integrity

lackybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled while a player has an active bonus balance, any unmet wagering requirements will be waived and the remaining bonus balance will be removed from the player's account. Players who have met wagering requirements prior to cancellation will retain their eligible withdrawal amount. If lackybet determines that a player has exploited promotional offers through collusion, systematic pattern betting, or any other form of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the associated account.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

lackybet is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards, sharing account access during live games, or coordinating betting patterns.
• Cheating & Manipulation: Using any software, tool, algorithm, bot, or exploit to gain an advantage over the house or other players, or to manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds; making fraudulent chargeback requests; or providing false identification documents during verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected to the laundering of proceeds from illegal activity.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your lackybet account, whether for gaming, financial transactions, or any other purpose.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across markets in a manner that constitutes professional arbitrage, as determined at lackybet's sole discretion.

lackybet uses sophisticated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, lackybet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold or recover any funds associated with the prohibited activity, pending a full investigation. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

lackybet is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing harm — financial, emotional, or social — lackybet provides the following tools to help players regain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable on-screen notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage conscious decisions about whether to continue.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for real-money gaming. The period cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. 8. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, payment-processing interruptions, or network connectivity issues beyond lackybet's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, game history, or account information resulting from force majeure events, including server outages, cyber attacks, natural disasters, or government-imposed service interruptions.
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error or inaccuracy.
• Any dispute between a player and a payment provider regarding transaction processing times, fees, or declined transactions.

lackybet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the lackybet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials ("Platform Content") — is the exclusive intellectual property of lackybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform Content.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Platform Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws, exposing you to civil and criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by lackybet.

10. Amendments & Termination

Amendments to These Terms

lackybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without individual notice to each player. The revised Terms will be published at /terms-conditions with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

Termination by lackybet

lackybet may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the account.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement mandating account closure.

Upon termination, any real-money balance held in your account (excluding bonus funds and any amounts under investigation for fraud) will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, net of any applicable outstanding fees, within a reasonable processing period.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. English is the governing language of these Terms. In the event of any ambiguity arising from a translation into another language, the English version shall prevail.
